Every tutor who joins our network undergoes a thorough screening process to ensure your live sessions are structured, engaging, and tailored to your personal learning goals. We take pride in delivering top-quality, professional tutoring in every lesson.
We understand that learning is deeply personal and every student learns differently. If at any point you feel your assigned tutor isn’t the ideal match for your learning style, simply let us know. We will be glad to reassign you to another qualified tutor right away—without any extra hassle or delay.
Refund Terms for Unused Classes
We want you to feel completely comfortable with your decision to study with us. If, after starting your classes, you decide that our platform isn’t the right fit for your needs, here is how our refund policy operates:
15-Day Refund Window: You may request a refund within 15 calendar days of your initial signup date. We believe two weeks is more than enough time to evaluate our teaching standards and overall experience.
Unused Sessions Only: Refunds apply strictly to pre-paid classes that have not yet been taken.
Completed Sessions: Any classes that have already taken place are non-refundable, as the tutor’s dedicated time and instruction have already been delivered.
Missed Classes & Late Notice: To respect our tutors’ schedule, sessions missed without prior notice will be counted as completed classes and will not qualify for a refund.
After 15 Days: Once the 15-day period has passed, cash refunds are no longer available. However, our commitment continues—we will still support you with free tutor replacements whenever required.
Processing & Timeline
Once your request is submitted and reviewed by our academic advisors, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Depending on your financial institution, funds may take a few additional days to reflect in your account. Whether you wish to switch tutors or request a refund for unused sessions, our team is here to guide you step-by-step.
